WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP 2022

The World Championship is a global tournament hosted by Critical Force and MOBILE E-SPORTS, where the best teams from across the globe will compete for 25,000 USD. 32 teams with most Worlds Points will be invited to participate.

WORLD POINTS SYSTEM
In order to qualify for the World Championship, teams must collect enough points from eligible tournaments, such as Circuit Season 4 and Embers of Victory Season 2. Also, teams must retain a certain amount of the players in the roster that was registered for the tournament the points were earned in.

The top 8 teams of North America, South America, Europe and Asia will be able to compete in the qualifiers of the World Championship.
STAGE 1 - PRELIMINARIES
There will be 2 groups with 4 teams each per region. Each group will have a Double Elimination bracket. If a team wins twice, they will advance to the next stage, if they lose twice, they will be eliminated. The matches will be played in Best of 3 format.
STAGE 2 - CONFERENCE
In the second stage, the remaining 16 teams will be divided into two brackets, the Eurasia Conference, and the Americas Conference. The bracket is based on Single Elimination format. In the first two rounds, teams from the same region will face each other. In the third and final round, the top Europe team will face the top Asia team, and the top South America team will face the top North America team. The Conference Finals will be played in Best of 5 format.
STAGE 3 - GRAND FINALS
In the final stage, the top two teams from the Conference will face each other. The Grand Finals will be played in Best of 7 format. The winner of the Grand Finals will be the winner of the World Championship.

RULES & REGULATIONS
This section contains the Official rules and regulations for the World Championship. All participants must read the rules and regulations carefully before participating in the event. If you have any questions, please contact the MOBILE E-SPORTS Support team.
GENERAL RULES
- Any rules listed here are subject to change at any time, and new rules may be added if necessary to ensure the competition stays fair and balanced.
- Staff Ruling
- All participants must follow the orders of the staff. Any disagreements should be escalated to the higher up staff.
- The penalty for breaking the rules will be determined by the staff in a case by case decision. Past history of teams and players will be taken into consideration.
- Any private conversation with a staff may not be shared with others unless explicitly allowed by the staff.
- Any staff ruling can be appealed to the MOBILE E-SPORTS Administration within 48 hours.
- Sportsmanship
- We do not tolerate any kind of toxic or rude behaviour from any of the participants. Participants are expected to be respectful towards each other inside and outside our official channels.
- Players who are deemed to be toxic or rude will be banished from participating in the event.
- Penalties
- Minor misdemeanors will result in a warning at first occurrence. Repeated rule-breaking will result in prize reduction, temporary or permanent suspension of the player.
- Larger misdemeanors will result in disqualification of the entire team, and in-game bans.
- Legal action may be taken against players in severe cases of cheating or manipulation.
ELIGIBLE PLAYERS
- Players must meet the age requirement to play Critical Ops in their respective region.
- A player may not compete for a team from a different region.
- Only one device may be used throughout the tournament.
- The Device ID must be registered in the player's MOBILE E-SPORTS Account.
- The device may not be jailbroken or rooted.
- iOS Users: iOS software version needs to be updated to iOS 15.2.
- Android Users: Android software version needs to be updated to Android 5 or above.
- MOBILE E-SPORTS Account
- Players may not be listed in the Blacklist
- Each player must have one, and only one MOBILE E-SPORTS Account.
- Players who created multiple MOBILE E-SPORTS Accounts for any reasons should contact the tournament staff prior to playing any matches to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
- Players must make sure their in-game name and in-game ID match the information in their MOBILE E-SPORTS Account. You may request cool-down resets prior to the start of the tournament.
- Only players who are listed in the World Championship roster of the team will be eligible to play.
- Players may not change their name during the tournament.
- A minimum account age of 6 months is required.
- Critical Ops Account
- Account must be in good standing as deemed by Critical Force.
- A minimum of 12,500 kills is required.
- A minimum account age of 6 months is required.
- The in-game name must be easily pronounceable, and must be similar enough to the name they are known as in the community to be identified as the same player.
TEAMS
- Each organisation may be represented by a single team in the championship.
- Two teams may not share the same team name or similar alterations of the same name
- Two teams may not share the same logo or similar alterations of the same logo
- Every team must provide a high quality image of their logo.
- Every team must set their team tag in the MOBILE E-SPORTS Bot or Web App.
- All teams that reach the Conference Stage must fill their "About Me" in the MOBILE E-SPORTS Web App.
- Every team must have at least one person to meet the following requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Able of receiving Prize money
- Able to be interviewed with Facecam
- Team members that are aware of a fellow hacker or cheater’s actions yet failed to come forth in reporting him will receive severe penalties.
- The team roster submitted by teams is final and may not be changed during the tournament.
NON-STREAMED MATCHES
- Both captains must schedule the match in the provided timeframe.
- Once the match has been scheduled, both captains must clearly confirm their consent to the tournament staff.
- The match will be hosted by a moderator five minutes prior to the scheduled time.
- If a team fails to be ready 15 minutes after receiving the room info, the match will begin with whatever amount of players are in the lobby at that time.
- If at the start of the third round, the team does not have at least four eligible players in the room, the team must forfeit the match.
- This applies for each map in the match.
- An extended break may be requested if a valid reason is provided. Such a break is limited to a maximum of 10 minutes.
- If both teams fail to be ready in time, then both teams may reschedule their match as long as the provided timeframe allows it.
- If the timeframe does not allow rescheduling, then both teams will be disqualified.
- If both teams fail to schedule a time for their match, then a time a will be assigned to them by the tournament staff.
STREAMED MATCHES
- Teams must join the lobby as soon as possible during streamed matches.
- If a team fails to be ready 15 minutes after receiving the room info, the match will begin with whatever amount of players are in the lobby at that time.
- If at the start of the second round, the team does not have five eligible players in the room, the team will be disqualified.
- This applies for each map in the match.
- An extended break may be requested if a valid reason is provided. Such a break is limited to a maximum of 10 minutes.
- During a BO5, an extended break of 20 minutes may be requested after map 4.
- Unnecessary delays in a streamed match are not allowed.
- Teams that are assigned to play during a stream and fail to show up without notifying us at least 24 hours before the start of the stream will be disqualified and may be banned from future tournaments.
GAME RULES
- Breaking the Terms of Use of Critical Ops will result in suspension or disqualification.
- All-Chat may not be used during an ongoing match unless absolutely necessary.
- If a match has not been hosted properly, it will be invalid.
- A team may request a maximum of two pauses in a match across all maps.
- The moderator may pause the game at their own discretion in addition to the requested pauses of the teams.
- In cross-region matches, the team that did not pick the map may select the server for that map.
- The team with the higher round difference may select the server for the Decider Map.
- Both teams may also agree to play all maps on a neutral server.
- Abusing in-game glitches that give a team an unfair advantage is not permitted. Teams caught doing so may be disqualified.
- Anti-Cheat Measures
- All players must go through the anti-cheat measures before playing a map.
- These steps must be repeated at the start of each map, and if a player disconnects and re-joins an ongoing game.
- Any recordings must be uploaded in original quality. The video must have a minimum quality of 720p with an adequate bitrate and a minimum frame rate of 30 fps.
- Up to Conference 2, only 1 player will be required to upload their recording, chosen by the opposing team, within 15 minutes of staff asking. Additional recordings may be requested by the Worlds Tournament staff, therefore players must keep their original recordings until deletion is approved by the Worlds Tournament staff.
- During and after the Conference 2 Round, all players will be required to upload their recordings upon the conclusion of matches.
- iPad OS
- Players must be on iPadOS 16.1 or above in order to play.
- Recording begins before you enter the room. Please complete the following steps:
- Begin your recording and close all apps in the multi tab, including Critical Ops, and all other apps. Go to clock, stopwatch and press start.
- After that, go to Settings, General, About and show us your device information, scrolling through and clicking on iPadOS Version.
- Go to the Battery Tab, scroll through the last 24 hours tab, and tap an app to show the time spent on it (show activity), and then press the last 10 days tab, and scroll through again, showing activity.
- Go to Screen Time, scroll through the week tab, tap on show more if it's present, and then press the day tab and scroll through again.
- Go to the Privacy tab, scroll all the way down and tap on developer mode. If it is turned on, turn it off.
- Go back to the Clock again, show the stopwatch time.
- Go to App Store, search up Critical Ops, open up your stopwatch via multi task, then open Critical Ops. Do not swipe off the clock app for the rest of the recording.
- Go to the in-game Store, and attempt to buy credits. Do not actually buy them.
- Join the room and move to spectate (if you are a sub, join your side), showing your stopwatch the entire time.
- End your Settings recording and immediately start your gameplay recording.
- Showcase your stopwatch, pause the time, and end it. You may now swipe off of the clock app.
- Players must record the first 3 rounds.

- Players must be on iOS 16.0 or above in order to play.
- Recording begins before you enter the room. Please complete the following steps:
- Begin your recording and close all apps in the multi tab, including Critical Ops, and all other apps.
- Go to clock, stopwatch and press start.
- After that, go to Settings, General, About and show us your device information, scrolling through.

- Go back into Critical Ops via the multi tab.
- Players must record the first 3 rounds.

- NOTE: In order to complete this recording, you must install and setup “Smart Multi Floating Clock, Timer & Stopwatch” BEFORE starting your recording. The link for this, and all other apps used for the recording can be found below.
- Go to Settings -> "My Device”/“About Device"
- Show this section for at least 2 seconds, then tap on “all specifications” and show this for at least 4 seconds, and then tap on “status”/”status information” and also show this for at least 4 seconds.
- Download “InstaPay Egypt” from the Play Store Click Here.
- Open this via the Play Store and run the app for at least 7 seconds. It is normal for the app to endlessly load.
- Download “Package Browser” from the Play Store Click Here
- Open the app via the Play Store and search: “oasis”, “bay”, and finally “critical”.
- You should see a Critical Ops file, tap on this and clearly show the information for 5 seconds. If your stopwatch is obstructing the information, please move it.
- Go to the Play Store, search “Critical Ops” and open the game. Join the room, join a side and then end your stopwatch. To end your stopwatch, long press the stopwatch and press “OK” at the prompt. You may now end your settings recording.
- Start another recording immediately and record the first 3 rounds of the match (gameplay recording).

PRIZING
- Eligibility
- If it was discovered that a team hacked or cheated during a tournament, they will have to abandon their championship title and refund the prizes they received in equivalent value.
- Prizes will only be rewarded to a team if they show up to play with a full roster on their scheduled stream times and by taking the tournament seriously.
- Prizing can be revoked if a team forfeits their match, lacks enough players, found exploiting hacks or glitches, fail to upload recordings when requested, and severely breaking any other rules.
- Prize recipients are required to provide their ID or a similar document that allows us to confirm their identity to be eligible for monetary prizes.
- Prize Recipient
- The prize recipient is in all cases the captain of the team (the person who is displayed as the leader in the team profile of the Discord Bot), unless discussed otherwise beforehand.
- Prize recipients are fully responsible for expenses such as corporation tax, personal tax, legal responsibilities, transaction fees, and currency conversion.
- Prize recipients are fully responsible for providing their correct full names, addresses, bank account details, and all related IDs in connection to the announced prizes.
- It is the Team Captain’s responsibility for deciding how prizes will be divided among his team.
- The Team Captain is the person who holds ownership of the MOBILE E-SPORTS Team Account unless discussed otherwise beforehand.
- Following the conclusion of a tournament, prizes will be sent within 40 working days approximately unless withheld for reasons concerning potential hacking, or other rule-breaking. If for any reason you do not receive your prizes following 40 days then please let us know, and we will do our best to send them as soon as possible.
- If the winning team is from a sanctioned country and cash prizes are not possible to transfer then the winning team will be presented with alternative prizes such as in-game rewards, gift cards, and other options that are possible. The winning team will have a maximum of one year to claim their prize.
